What we give you, what we expect from you, and what happens if something goes wrong.
What Aldaba is
A tool for finding business contacts and writing to them from your own inbox. The emails go out from your account, not ours: you are the sender and you are responsible for what you write.
What you cannot do
Write to personal addresses, send illegal or misleading content, or use the tool to harass. If you do, we close the account without a refund.
Credits and payments
Plan credits expire at the end of the month; credits you buy separately do not, as long as you stay subscribed. You can cancel whenever you want from Settings, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Availability
We do our best to keep this running, but we do not promise it will never go down. If there is a long outage, we make it up to you in credits.
